Massage Offerings:

Therapeutic Massage

A customized massage that targets muscle tension and chronic pain, using a combination of techniques to promote healing and relaxation. Ideal for stress relief and injury recovery.

Myofascial Release

A gentle, hands-on technique that applies sustained pressure to release tightness in the fascia (connective tissue), improving mobility and reducing pain.

Reflexology

A focused massage that applies pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears to promote overall wellness, reduce stress, and enhance circulation.

Swedish Relaxation

A soothing, full-body massage that uses long, flowing strokes to ease tension, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation

Lymphatic Drainage

A light, rhythmic massage that encourages the natural movement of lymph fluids, helping to reduce swelling, support immune function, and detoxify the body.

Chair Massage

A quick and effective upper-body massage is performed in a specially designed chair, focusing on the neck, shoulders, back, and arms to relieve stress and tension in a short session.
